Standard Corporate Service

Our standard service includes:

  • Arrival by 6pm or at a designated time
  • 2 hours of live party music, split into 2 or 3 sets
  • Background music before, between and after our live sets
  • A high quality PA and lighting rig suitable for up to 250 guests

 

Additional Corporate Upgrade Options

Our premium service is ideal for clients looking at something a bit more bespoke. For this we offer any of the following:

  • 2 hours of live party music, split into 2 or 3 sets
  • Background music before, between and after our live sets
  • A high quality PA and lighting rig suitable for up to 250 guests

Questions & Concerns

Once you’ve decided we’re the right band for your event, you will have a dedicated event coordinator at our agency Alive Network who will be on hand to liaise with you on any issues and concerns. We’ll be in touch at least 3 weeks before your event to run through the details and finalise any last minute arrangements.

What We'll Do At Your Corporate Event

Arrival, Set Up & Soundcheck

At a corporate event we understand that flexibility is the key to a smoothly run event so we are happy to arrive at a time that suits you.

Upon arrival we will look to meet with a designated contact on the day and let them know we have arrived and are ready to load in.

We can usually be set up and sound checked within 90 minutes, however we may require a longer time depending on the size of your event and our access to the performance area.

After Set Up

Once we are set up and sound checked we get changed into our performance clothes. We normally require a secure room or place to do this, which we can determine when we contact you prior to the event.

This is generally the best time for us to have something to eat which we ask your catering to provide for us. If this is not the best time during your event or things are running late we will happily eat in between the first and second set.

After The 1st Live Set

We will begin the live music at a time specified with you or we can rearrange our performances to fit around events on the day should they dictate.

After the first set we will take a short break handing over to a playlist of appropriate music running through our PA.

2nd Live Set & End Of The Night

After the second set we will keep the DJ music playing through our speakers until midnight or later if you have selected this upgrade option.

After the night has ended, it will take us around an hour to pack down our equipment.
