Below you will find all the services we can offer to transform your wedding party into one you’ll cherish. This includes our standard service and our exclusive upgrade options.

Standard Wedding Services

With our standard service you can rest assured we’ll have you and your guests dancing to your favourite songs all night:

  • 2 hours of live music
  • Your choice of first dance from our repertoire
  • DJ first dance option if not from our repertoire
  • Background music played through our speakers before, in between our live sets and DJ music after our final set until at least midnight
  • High quality PA system suitable for up to 250 people and stylish LED lighting rigs for the dance floor

 

Additional Upgrade Options

And for that little something extra:

  • Learn, arrange and perform a first dance of your choice not from our repertoire
  • DJ service beyond midnight for an hourly extra charge
  • 30 minute acoustic background set, ideal for a drinks reception
  • Option to upgrade PA and lighting systems for larger weddings

Questions or Concerns

Once you’ve decided that we’re the right band for you, you can rest assured that your party night is in good hands. We’ll be in contact with you around 3 weeks prior to your event to finalise the details, times, song choices and any other queries you may have. Also In the run up to your event, you’ll have a dedicated event coordinator from our agency Alive Network who will always be happy to liaise with you on any issues and concerns.

What We'll Do On Your Special Day

Arrival, Set Up & Soundcheck

Upon arrival at your event at the specified time, we will make ourselves known to our contact for the day or wedding/venue organiser before loading in and setting up our equipment in the performance area. We always aim to have completed this in 90 minutes, including a sound check of our instruments.

It is useful to know beforehand whether the venue has a sound limiter installed so we can adjust our set up accordingly.

After Set Up

Once we are set up and soundchecked we get changed into our performance clothes. We normally require a secure room or place to do this, which we can determine when we contact you prior to the event.

This is generally the best time for us to have something to eat which we ask your catering to provide for us. If this is not the best time during your day or things are running late we will happily eat in between the first and second set.

The 1st Dance

When the time comes we will invite the bride and groom to take their place on the dance floor to perform or DJ your first dance choice, ensuring your guests have all gathered around to join you for this moment.

We will welcome the guests to the dance floor either after the first dance or during the song itself at your request. Don’t forget we can learn and perform your special song for an small extra fee!

After The 1st Live Set

After your first dance will lead straight into our first live set. You can if you wish select what you’d like to hear from our repertoire in advance and we’ll arrange your choices into a slick set to keep you dancing all night.

During the interval we’ll keep a playlist of music playing through our speakers. Again if you have any DJ music requests we can arrange for these to be added to our music library in advance.

2nd Live Set & End Of The Night

After the second set we will keep the DJ music playing through our speakers until midnight or later if you have requested this option. After the night has ended, it will take us around an hour to pack down our equipment, which we will complete as discretely as possible.
